And as humans we have a negativity bias, giving more attention and more weight to things that go wrong than to things that go right. This negativity can hijack our minds in ways that can be detrimental to our work, relationships, health, and happiness.
Our retreats are here to remind you that joy and peace are your birthright. Meditation increases your awareness to recognise your negative thought patterns and that awareness stops their power to dominate your mind.
