Intentional living

Working harder, work longer, buy more things and climb the greasy pole.
Is that who you are? Is that your true nature?

It’s easy to get caught up in that same old patterns, stories and beliefs. And before you know it, you feel like you are existing not living and certainly not living your best life.

What if there was a way to change it all?
Think about what you want. Not only for your life but for your day.
What are your hopes and dreams?

Living an intentional life involves being present and living each day with consciousness.

When you’re living with intention, you do everything with a conscious intent, which means you are in tune with your true self.

Step 1
Take some time before you start your day to reflect on and set your intentions for the coming day.
Jot down one or two affirmations that are positive.

Ask yourself:
How do I want to feel today?
How should I be with others?
What can I do to fulfil my purpose today?

For example, it might be:
I want to feel happy today
I will non judgmental and compassionate (to myself, and others)

Step 2
Stick the note on your fridge or on your phone and if you feel stressed look at your words, close your eyes and breathe.

Step 3
Be patient and gentle with yourself.

Step 4
At the end of the day, take some time to reflect on what happened and how your thoughts, words, actions, and feelings aligned (or strayed) from your intentions.

Meditation helps you to reset and connect with who you really are and gives you a greater awareness and insight.

This helps you to see the negative thought patterns for what they really are and you can open up to allowing all your rockets of desire to manifest in your life.
