Food is my joy. And I mean that literally.
My passion for food is deep rooted and life-long. From my Zimbabwean childhood, where we grew acres of produce, kept chickens and ducks, to travelling the world and experiencing masterful, delicious dishes. I’ve been obsessed with good food my whole life.
I choose all my produce with care and cook everything from scratch. I am particularly inspired by Ottolenghi’s dishes of colour, flavour and joy on a plate.
Each menu is planned and cooked with love and you in mind. To surprise you. To delight you.






The ingredients matter to me as much as the preparation and cooking.
Raw organic milk from Sizergh Farm. Bread from Lovingly Artisan, baked near Kendal on the edge of the Lake District. Catch of the day from Shoreways Fish.
Nose to tail Lakeland meat from Roast Mutton butchers.
Organic seasonal fruit and vegetables from Single Step — local, never air freighted.
