We gently encourage a digital detox to fully immerse yourself in the experience — but limited Wi-Fi is available if needed.

PRACTICAL MATTERS
Absolutely. All retreats accommodate 1-2 people. Couples find it a wonderful opportunity to grow both individually and together.
Yes. All meals are freshly prepared from scratch using local, seasonal produce. Dietary preferences and restrictions are happily accommodated with advance notice.
Overnight guests stay in The Garden Flat — a self-contained one-bedroom sanctuary with its own private entrance and stunning secret garden. Soft linens, quality towels, Bramley bath products, and a welcome basket of homemade treats. A peaceful retreat within the retreat.
Many guests want to linger. If you’d like to extend, reach out as early as possible to check availability.
Full refund 14+ days before. 50% refund 7-14 days before. Within 7 days, non-refundable — but we can look at rescheduling.

ABOUT MEDITATION
Meditation is one of the most powerful tools we have on a spiritual journey. It turns our awareness inwards, allowing us to explore our inner world and its relationship with the world around us.
Never. Every meditation is different and every single one counts.
The most powerful form, in my experience, is the silent use of a mantra or affirmation — moving awareness from activity to the deep silence within. This is best learned with a qualified teacher. Guided meditations offer a gentler entry point, leading you through different processes to find inner peace and calm.
Some release of physical or emotional stress during meditation is not unusual. If at any time you feel overly uncomfortable, simply open your eyes, stop, and sit quietly. Once it passes, you may return if you choose. You are always safe here.
