Try this quick meditation to reset…

You can this meditation anytime and anywhere and remember no such thing as a good or bad meditation)

You were designed to live in a state of feeling vibrantly alive.
You cannot change what you’re not aware of.
Being aware of how you feel adds to your wellbeing far more than anything else you can do.
No other aspect of your lifestyle can make you feel this way.


Sit down, if you can and gently close your eyes.
Inhale deeply drawing the breath into your belly…hold for the count of 3…and slowly release your breath with a deep sigh until all your breath is released.

Keep doing this, slowly and gently, focusing on your breath.

Now, bring your attention to your chest area in the region of your heart.
Breath easily.
Try to stay like this for as long as you can up to 2 minutes, if possible.

Slowly open your eyes. And look at around you before you speak or move.

Know you have done something wonderful for yourself.
This simple meditation has allowed your mind, body and soul to reset.
And brought them all to their natural state of balance and peace.



Care for yourself with tenderness, acceptance and kindness.
Because you are the most important person in your life.
