Each dish is made with care and love by me and is a true celebration of local ingredients, and seasonal creativity. It is a celebration of vibrant flavours, fresh ingredients, and creative flair, inspired by Ottolenghi but with my own unique twist.

We take pride in sourcing from exceptional local producers: bread and pastries from Lovingly Artisan, fish from Shoreways, seasonal vegetables and milk from the Local Gather Network, and quality meat from Roast Mutton and Rinaldo’s Specialty Coffee & Fine Tea.

Some of our favourite dishes highlight this philosophy perfectly including: Dukkah crusted feta with heritage tomatoes and melon salad
Charred sugar snap, pomegranate and couscous salad
Kale and tahini caesar salad with za’atar, chickpeas and roasted grapes
Chermoula-marinated sea bass stuffed with olives and preserved lemon
Tahini chicken schnitzel
Sweet and salty cheesecake with cherries and crumble
Peach, rosemary and lime galette
